Dr. Larry Richard is a leading author, speaker and expert on the psychology of “lawyer behavior.”   Larry has advised dozens of AmLaw 200 law firms on positive psychology, resilience, leadership, change management and more. In 2011, he founded the consulting firm LawyerBrain LLC to focus on improving law firm workforces through the application of personality science.
