Filevine

Filevine just wrapped up their 2023 user conference, the LEX Summit (formerly known as Legal X). Keynote speakers included Angela Duckworth, Michael C. Bush, Robert J. Ambrogi, Luvvie Ajayi Jones. Topped off with a ski day at Snowbird Mountain Resort, users got to enjoy breakout and training sessions, networking events, and thought leadership panels – all aimed at propelling the legal work experience into the future.

This year, Filevine ranked No. 674 on Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list, a prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. This marks Filevine’s third consecutive year making the list.

SmartAdvocate

For the 7th consecutive year, SmartAdvocate was recognized by The New Jersey Law Journal as Best Case Management Software, Best Matter Management System and Best Practice Management Software. They were also awarded The New York Law Journal’s Best of 2022 Winner in 5 categories and recognized by The National Law Journal’s Best of 2022 Winner in 2 categories.

SmartAdvocate has a busy 2023 planned. In late February, the annual software release will go out, containing new features and updates to improve the day-to-day experience for all clients. There are navigation improvements, better viewing of folders, case summaries, customized dashboards, easier viewing of reports and more.

In April, Igor Selizhuk, Chief Technology Officer for SmartAdvocate will be speaking at MTMP’s Business Of Law track on the topic of Case Management And Automation.

The SmartAdvocate Connect 2023 Summit is planned for Q4. It will feature 2 days of panels, presentations with industry-leading specialists, plus some breakout sessions with Claude Simpson, our Head of Training. Attendees had a blast last year, gaining insights, meeting new people and making some great memories.

Lawmatics:

Lawmatics has recently celebrated several milestones in the journey to help law firms delight their clients and win more business.

The Lawmatics Customer Success Department is a finalist for the 2023 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the program.

Lawmatics has several recent updates on the integrations front. Lawmatics launched an integration with MyCase that allows law firms to seamlessly manage the entire client lifecycle, from initial client intake to repeat business. The Lawmatics integration with Smokeball now comes with Custom Field Sync: automatically sync your Lawmatics matters and documents to Smokeball when a lead turns into a client. Finally, the new Lawmatics integration with Quickbooks allows firms to easily generate invoices with matter data syncs. 

LMPay, the new Lawmatics payment solution, makes it easy to get paid for consultations by combining a payment gateway with appointment scheduling. Law firms get the convenience of an all-in-one solution that ensures they get paid for their time every time, and clients know exactly what to expect up front.
