Women Continue To Be Shut Out As Lead Counsel

Women's voices are seldom heard in New York courts.

The time has come to turn things around. We look forward to seeing a real improvement when we repeat the study in two years.

Women had few speaking roles in courts across the state, no matter the level of the court and no matter the type of case being heard.
