The Alameda, CA office is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to draft, negotiate and review contracts. The successful candidate must have 2 – 5 years of corporate experience at a major law firm or corporation; a record of success in counseling clients on a range of business transactions; and an understanding of the health care industry and knowledge of federal and state fraud and abuse regulations.
