—Beyoncé’s lawyer, Tom J. Ferber of Pryor Cashman, in a motion to dismiss the complaint of filmmaker Matthew Fulks who claims the smash “Lemonade” took several visual elements from his 2014 short film, “Palinoia.” The case, before Judge Jed Rakoff in the Southern District of New York, was filed in June. The complaint alleges, inter alia, the presence of graffiti, a black and white closeup, and the title card are evidence of the copyright infringement. The evidence plaintiff submitted for those claims include the images below.
