Self proclaimed “Bedbug Lawyer,” Brian Virag, recently secured what is believed to be the largest bedbug verdict — $3.5 million — on behalf of 16 residents of an apartment complex in what state?

Hint: The jury awarded each of the tenants between $44,000 and $580,000. Virag noted, “I would think that what the jury was not particularly pleased with was that [the apartment complex] had the resources to deal with this early on to try to deal with it in a more effective way and they didn’t.”
