The salary scale set forth below is for associates and counsel whose salary aligns with our US pay scale. Base salary increases are retroactive to January 1, 2022 and will be reflected in your March 31 paycheck.

Determinations for counsel above the class of 2014, senior counsel and other non-partner titles will be made on an individualized basis and communicated in advance of March 31.
