I am pleased to announce that we are revising our associate salary scale effective January 1, 2024, as set forth below. The associate year-end bonuses will be paid on Friday, January 12, 2024. To be eligible for a bonus, you must meet the requirements of the Firm’s associate bonus policy and be actively employed at the Firm on the day bonuses are paid. Bonuses will be pro-rated for attorneys who joined the Firm after January 1, 2023, and for those who were on a leave of absence or reduced schedule in 2023.
