— Nathaniel Carr, an Arizona lawyer, wrote this ABOUT HIS OWN CLIENT in a capital punishment case. The client in question has an IQ of 72, but Carr mishandled the introduction of the evidence. He was rebuked by the trial court, and the Arizona Supreme Court said his actions could be described as “willful misconduct.” His client remains on death row.
