Millennials currently make up the largest portion of the U.S. workforce. Their unique working style is contributing to a shift in workplace dynamics and it would be prudent for your law firm to understand what makes this cohort tick.
As such, and in partnership with our friends at Major Lindsey & Africa, we have launched a series of surveys intended to dig deeper into cultural shifts in priorities and goals at law firms, as well as general generational differences that may exist between younger lawyers and more seasoned attorneys.
