The Dallas office of our client, an acclaimed AmLaw 100 international law firm, is seeking an Executive Compensation & Benefits Associate. Candidates should have 2-6 years (classes 2019 - 2023) of executive compensation experience in a law firm environment or equivalent. Experience in transactional matters would be preferred. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and personable with keen attention to detail. Winning candidates should have large law firm or acclaimed boutique experience, a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school, and an equally impressive undergraduate degree.
