Kinney Recruiting is working closely with an Am law firm to find an experienced mid-level associate to join its tax group in New York. This candidate will work and advise clients on merger and acquisition transactions, debt and other financing transactions, and portfolio investments; design and implement tax-efficient structures for joint ventures and a wide range of corporate transactions; and provide clients with state tax planning advice. Must have a Tax LLM and at least 4 years of transactional tax experience in a law firm. No Big 4 candidates, please. Our client has a hybrid work environment with in-office attendance required 60% of the time.
