The Denver office of our client, an acclaimed AmLaw 100 international law firm, is seeking a Project Finanace Associate with 3-6 years (classes 2019-2022) of significant transactional experience in debt project finance. Experience should include negotiation of preparation, review and negotiation of credit agreements, collateral documents, intercreditor arrangements and other ancillary credit documents, and include experience in reviewing and conducting due diligence on key project agreements (offtake, EPC, supply contracts, O&M services, and/or other project agreements).The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and personable with keen attention to detail. Winning candidates should have large law firm or acclaimed boutique experience, a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school, and an equally impressive undergraduate degree.
