August 25, 2020 – Chicago, IL – Litera today unveiled Litera Transact, a world-class platform that combines the power of Doxly and Workshare Transact into a single workspace. Litera Transact enables global deal management with multi-jurisdictional support, offering legal team comprehensive coverage of all their transactions within one, client-friendly solution.
