Brokeback Lawfirm: ATL Poll Results

We had three ATL reader polls going concerning Aaron Charney v. Sullivan & Cromwell:
1. What should Aaron Charney do next?
2. Assuming Aaron Charney’s allegations are true, how much would you award him?
3. Whom do you support in Charney v. S&C?
Anyway, we just closed ’em. Thanks to everyone who voted.
You can review the poll results, and vote in the new version of our Charney v. S&C head-to-head match-up, after the jump.

1. What should Aaron Charney do next?

2. Assuming Aaron Charney’s allegations are true, how much would you award him?
As you can see below, the results clustered at the extremes. Over a fifth of you would give him nothing, and almost a fifth of you would award him $5 million or more:

We’re not unsympathetic to Aaron Charney. Maybe he deserves a few hundred thou, or even a cool million.
But to the $5-million-plus club, we have to ask: What are you smoking? Did we miss some allegations in the Charney complaint — like the section where he claimed he was trapped for months on end in David Braff’s secret S&M dungeon?
3. Whom do you support in Charney v. S&C?
The most simple and straightforward of our polls:

Interestingly enough, the results in this poll remained fairly stable over time, even though the poll was open for many weeks, during which many new revelations surfaced (both about Charney and S&C).
We’re curious about where attitudes stand now. So we’re running this poll again, from scratch:
