As noted in the article, the alleged perpetrator had lobbied the Texas Supreme Court to lift the rule that limited law graduates to five attempts to pass the bar exam.”
You can say whatever you like about her, but Paulina Bandy handled her thirteen bar exam failures in a much more healthy manner.
