Associate Attorney position in collections/real estate law firm. Email resume for consideration. Must be Maryland licensed. D.C. license a plus, but not necessary. Virginia license a plus but not necessary. Position involves regular trial and other court work for small and medium claims. Some appellate work from time to time, legal opinion drafting, corporate resolution drafting, and more. Must have libertarian/conservative viewpoint as position involves drafting position papers favorable to such viewpoint. Must be a member of or willing to join the National Rifle Association. Participation in organized shooting sports will be required.
Interviewing for the position may involve a resumé review, a meeting with the managing partner, and target practice.
