Many apartments in Sutton Place, which nestles right up against the East River, enjoy magnificent views. Professor Dershowitz’s new apartment, on the sixteenth floor, is no exception:

Finally, here’s the floor plan. I agree with the listing’s characterization of it as an “elegant” layout. Note the banquette in the living room, the windows in the kitchen, and the separation between the living areas and the bedrooms (click to enlarge):
