Mike Pence Is As Unfunny As Every Other Law Student

Mike Pence? Not a funny guy.

Listen… law students have a questionable relationship to humor. Maybe it’s all the studying and stress, but the jokes can veer towards the lame.

Mike Pence is no exception to this rule of thumb. But the good news, for all of you at least, is that Pence’s law school attempts at humor — he wrote the cartoon “Law School Daze” for Indiana University’s McKinney School of Law’s student newspaper — have been dug up. The good folks at Esquire did the leg work and found the old cartoons that otherwise would have remained in the dustbin of history. And they are not impressed by what they’ve found:

Sure, we all did embarrassing things in college. Some of us drank too much, some had regrettable one-night stands, some belonged to actual fraternities.

Mike Pence drew unfunny comic strips.

And while most of us deserve to have these minor social missteps erased from society’s collective memory (we were finding ourselves!), most of us have not given the remaining shreds of our integrity to Donald Trump in exchange for a shot at the vice presidency.

So, Internet, meet Daze. Daze, meet the Internet.
