Beyond dropping 90s hip-hop knowledge, Justice Ginsburg told the audience that Justice Antonin Scalia’s still vacant Supreme Court seat is hurting the institution as a whole and took the opportunity to bash the Citizens United opinion with language Bernie Sanders could easily turn into a bumper sticker.
