Sieber alleges he had a verbal altercation with Kramer before a hearing in which Kramer called him a “scumbag” and was “highly arrogant and insulting” and refused to shake hands with him. Song Fi has asked the court to remove Kramer from the case. A Wilson Sonsini rep has said the motion for sanctions is baseless.
