F. Lee Bailey is filing for bankruptcy. Everyone knows about the O.J. “Dream Team” which earned the overused “Trial of the Century” tag, but what Bailey client first made him a household name in another Trial of the Century?
Hint: The Ohio murder case involved Bailey taking the matter to the Supreme Court, which called the first trial a “carnival atmosphere.” Bailey then prevailed at the defendant’s second trial.
