Many of the associates and partners are married with children or in long term relationships.

Midlevel Associate

A significant number of paralegals that worked at Sidley and then went to law school choose to come back to Sidley as a summer and subsequently as an associate. As far as big law goes, in my opinion, it is as good as it gets. I would never leave Sidley to go to another firm and most attorneys feel and in fact do not go to other firms when they leave.
