Lawline’s Top 20 Women Faculty of 2016

Hillary Frommer (Counsel, Farrell Fritz, P.C.)

Hillary Frommer was named Public Interest Attorney of the Year by the Touro Law Center in 2012. She currently serves as counsel to Farrell Fritz, where she concentrates in estate litigation. She’s a legal powerhouse, who, in addition to her work at the firm, finds time to contribute to her community and society as a whole. She is on the board of directors of the Parent-Child Home Program, a research-based early childhood literacy charitable organization, and a committee member of the Child Abuse Prevention Society.

Hillary’s CLE course, Establishing Capacity in Will Contests in New York, focuses on the value of medical records and the use of expert testimony in the course of will contests in New York as well as how one proves testamentary capacity to survive a will contest. Described by Lawline members as both “informative and concisely presented,” this “easy-to-understand and listen to” course gives attorneys “two hours of information in one hours’ time.” If that’s not the perfect definition of a great CLE presentation, we don’t know what is.
