I don’t blame the prior owner for configuring part of the living area as a dining room. The actual dining room seems a little small and sad. Maybe it’s just the spartan furniture and lack of decoration, but still:

And this is the kitchen. The range appears to be restaurant quality, but doesn’t the cabinetry look as tired as an overworked paralegal?

Now on to the bedrooms….
