MEMORANDUM TO ALL ASSOCIATES AND COUNSEL
On behalf of the partners of the Firm, I would like to announce that year-end bonuses for associates in good standing will be as follows:
Class of 2012 $10,000 (pro-rated)
Class of 2011 $10,000
Class of 2010 $14,000
Class of 2009 $20,000
Class of 2008 $27,000
Class of 2007 $34,000
Class of 2006 $40,000
Class of 2005 $50,000
Class of 2004 $60,000
Bonuses for counsel and other attorneys will be determined on an individual basis and communicated separately. Bonuses will be paid on December 28, 2012. Associates and counsel who were on leave or worked part-time during any part of this year will be eligible for a pro-rated bonus.
