Behold the $10 million mansion built for Frederick Winston, the founding partner of Winston and Strawn. It's so huge, it looks like an apartment building.

The listing boasts that the house has been “lovingly restored over the years.” Alas, this kitchen looks like it hasn’t been “restored” since Ronald Reagan was president:

I’m a bigger fan of the formal dining room, with high ceilings and its own fireplace:

The listing refers to this space as the “breakfast area,” but it looks like the current owner has converted it to 1990s word processor storage (click to zoom in; that really is an old-school word processor):

I have to say, though, the leaded glass windows are gorgeous.

This next room is less appealing, as well as a bit strange….
