Longtime ATL readers should recognize the fellow on the left as Chief Judge Alex Kozinski of the Ninth Circuit. The fellow on the right is Chief Justice Robert J. Torres Jr. of the Guam Supreme Court. As for the fellow in the middle, well, he looks like a chief too, right?
