We are very grateful to all our associates for their contributions to the firm this past year and are pleased to announce our U.S. associate bonus program. All U.S. associates in good standing who achieved the firm’s expectations will receive bonuses according to the following scale:
As we stated in our bonus memorandum last February, bonuses will be awarded to U.S. associates with at least 1,950 “bonus hours” (comprised of earning, pro bono and firm-as-client work, plus up to 25 hours of partner shadowing).
Bonuses will be prorated for associates who worked part time and for associates who joined the firm between December 1, 2013 and July 1, 2014. In the next week, we will inform every U.S. associate by individual email whether or not he or she is receiving a bonus, and if so, in what amount. All bonuses will be paid on January 23, 2015 and associates must be employed on that date in order to be eligible.
