I’m sure most of the subjects of ATL posts would say “yes,” but is the so-called “Right To Be Forgotten” really a good idea?

That’s the subject of tonight’s debate featuring Paul Nemitz, the Director of Fundamental Rights & Citizenship at the Directorate General for Justice & Consumers, EU Commission and Professor Eric Posner of Chicago Law against Andrew McLaughlin, CEO of Digg and Instapaper and Professor Jonathan Zittrain of Harvard Law and administered by Intelligence Squared.
