On behalf of the Partnership, we would like to thank each of you for your many contributions to the Firm in 2014. The Firm had an outstanding year in 2014, not only in terms of financial performance, but more importantly in achieving outstanding results for our clients. We are pleased to announce that we will be paying all of our administrative staff and paralegals a special bonus. Non-exempt staff and paralegals will receive 25% of their monthly compensation in 2014 and exempt staff will receive 20% of their 2014 bonus amount.
