Yes, the owner of the apartment also has access to the Pierre’s hotel gym. But after you’ve dropped $23 million on an apartment, you don’t want to be wiping sweat off the machines (even if it’s celebrity sweat; famous Pierre residents over the years have included Elizabeth Taylor, Yves Saint-Laurent, and Sumner Redstone).
