The good news is that this is the sensibility of someone with power over discrimination claims!

It’s true — Americans are entitled to write all sorts of offensive things that would nonetheless make them terribly unfit jurists. Pointing that out isn’t a civil liberties violation, it’s acting like a grown up.
Whatever becomes of these overlapping scandals, the one thing we can be sure of is that everything about the law in Pennsylvania sucks.
