Re: Associate Bonuses
On behalf of the Firm and its partners, I am pleased to announce that we will pay year-end discretionary bonuses to New York and Washington, DC associates in varying amounts up to the following levels for each class year:
Class of 2015 – $15,000 (prorated)
Class of 2014 – $15,000
Class of 2013 – $25,000
Class of 2012 – $50,000
Class of 2011 – $65,000
Class of 2010 – $80,000
Class of 2009 – $90,000
Class of 2008 – $100,000
Class of 2007 and above – $100,000
Bonuses will be paid on December 29, 2015 to associates actively employed at the Firm on the date of payment. Associates at every level may be eligible to receive additional bonus amounts of up to $20,000, based on seniority, in recognition of exceptional performance. Bonuses for special counsel will be determined on an individual basis and will be communicated separately. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to the Firm and its clients.
