Compared to the 2014 holiday card contest, which went down to the wire, the 2015 holiday card contest wasn’t as close. There were eight finalists; two firms, Wolf Greenfield and Proctor Heyman, took big leads over the rest of the field; and the eventual winner prevailed by a comfortable margin.
To review, here are the six past winners of Above the Law’s annual holiday card contest:
2014: Haynes & Boone
2013: Akin Gump
2012: Van Winkle Law Firm
2011: Haynes & Boone
2010: Proctor Heyman
2009: Akin Gump

Congratulations to the latest addition to this august group, Wolf Greenfield. In its first trip to the finals, the Boston-based IP firm won with this ingenious offering, starring a Rube Goldberg machine made by Goldberg guru Zach Umperovitch.
Thanks to all the finalists for their clever and creative cards, and thanks to everyone who nominated a card or voted in the contest. We look forward to seeing what law firms cook up for 2016!
