If you are a lawyer in private practice who was born after 1980, we want to know how and why you got there. ATL is partnering with Ms. JD and Grover Cleveland, ATL columnist and author of Swimming Lessons for Baby Sharks, to gain insights from new lawyers about law firm recruiting and firm practice. Why did you choose your firm? What was the relative importance of training, diversity, and other factors? How has your actual work experience differed from your expectations?
