Seriously, all having coming from the litigation side of the business, the ATL editors really don’t know how you transactional and in-house people do it. Are they just thrown into filing cabinets? Do you scan them into a folder on your document management system? Are they strewn across your desk in a complicated system that only you understand?
Hopefully it’s not the latter.
There are dedicated technological solutions out there, but just how prevalent are they? We want to know.
