He was responding to Donald Trump’s claim that President Obama’s re-establishment of diplomatic relations with Cuba left the United States vulnerable to a lawsuit for “reparations” to the tune of “$400 billion or a $1 trillion.” If you’re going to trust Trump on anything it should probably be on getting sued, since he actually has a bunch of experience in that area.
