Congratulations to Aaron Fleischman on this spectacular property. It might not have been the best investment; he spent $3.25 million for it back in 1989, which would be worth more than $6.3 million today, plus additional money renovating it. But based on his purchase of that $14.5 million New York co-op, it sounds like he doesn’t have many financial worries.
