Lawyerly Lairs: A Young Yale Law Grad’s $32 Million Apartment

He's only 12 years out of law school, and he just sold his Fifth Avenue co-op for $32 million.

As noted by the Times, the 11-room apartment has five bedrooms, not counting the staff quarters, and four and a half baths:

The floor plan isn’t very open, but that’s not surprising for a prewar co-op that was built in 1930. Also, the entertaining spaces flow into each other nicely, and the size and scale of the rooms prevent the apartment from feeling cramped.

Congratulations to Thomas and Marjorie Lehrman on the sale of their stunning home. And thanks to Thomas Lehrman for proving that Biglaw isn’t the only, or even the best, path to big riches.
