The floor plan refers to this space as the pantry/breakfast room — it’s next to the kitchen — but it seems that Othon and Kathy Prounis have turned it into more of a bar or lounge space.
(I generally approve of the Prounises’ decor choices — Kathy Prounis is a professional designer, after all — but this room is a bit much for me. It looks like it belongs in a Las Vegas hotel suite, not an Upper East Side co-op.)
