Change could be coming to the partnership ranks, but it's business as usual for associate bonuses.

Subject: 2016 Bonuses

I am pleased to announce that we will be paying bonuses to U.S. Track associates in good standing. The standard bonus for U.S. Track associates in each class year is as set forth below.

Class of 2016 – $15,000 (pro-rated)
Class of 2015 – $15,000
Class of 2014 – $25,000
Class of 2013 – $50,000
Class of 2012 – $65,000
Class of 2011 – $80,000
Class of 2010 – $90,000
Class of 2009 and above – $100,000

As in prior years, individual bonus amounts will be discretionary, based on performance. Associates will be notified by their Practice Group of their individual bonus payments.

Bonuses will be paid on January 13, 2017 to U.S. Track associates who are actively employed at the firm on that date. For any associate who was on a leave of absence or reduced work schedule in 2016 or who joined the firm after January 1, 2016, his or her bonus will be pro-rated.

If you have any questions about the bonus, please contact Lisa Brill, JD DeSantis or Marcus Franks.

We could not have had the many successes we have had this past year without all of your hard work and extraordinary efforts. On behalf of the partners, we thank you for your outstanding work and dedication to the Firm and our clients.
