We are pleased to announce the year-end promotions of three of our long-time, valued colleagues. Amy Savage, the Managing Director of Lateral Link’s Washington, D.C., office, will now serve as the Principal of that office. Zach Sandberg is now a Director in the Los Angeles office. Ryan Belville, after nearly a decade of recruiting at Lateral Link, has been named Co-Managing Principal of Lateral Link.
Ryan Belville joined Lateral Link in November 2007. Under his leadership, Lateral Link’s New York office has become one of the most effective and respected legal recruiting sources in the city. Before joining Lateral Link, Ryan practiced litigation at a large firm after graduating from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
Lateral Link’s Managing Principal Michael Allen had this to say about Ryan: “Ryan is an effective recruiter, leader, and loyal colleague. We are lucky to have him help steer the ship as Co-Managing Principal.”
After Zach Sandberg joined Lateral Link as a Specialist, he quickly worked his way up to Associate Director and then Director. Zach’s methodical approach and tenacity make him an asset for any attorney looking to make a lateral move.
Michael Allen had this to say about Zach: “We’d be lucky to have a dozen more Zach(s) at Lateral Link. He has a fire in the belly and tremendous work ethic. If I were an associate candidate, I would rely on Zach without hesitation.”
Amy Savage joined Lateral Link in June 2010 as a Director. Since then, she has taken a leading role in transforming Lateral Link’s Washington, D.C., office to a top player in the market. Before joining Lateral Link, Amy worked at Shaw Pittman — the firm that would become Pillsbury — after graduating from Georgetown Law.
