Harvard Professor Has Bone To Pick With Anthony Scaramucci About Constitutional Law

Hmm, perhaps the Mooch didn't jot this crucial point down in his notes.

I was surprised to hear Anthony Scaramucci mention on CNN the A- he received in the constitutional law course he took from me at Harvard in the late 1980s. The syllabus that year apparently didn’t cover the issues associated with abusing the pardon power to obstruct justice. Either that, or Mr. Scaramucci has forgotten some of what he learned.

— Professor Laurence Tribe of Harvard Law School, in a comment given in the wake of White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci’s Sunday appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union,” where during a discussion of the president’s pardon powers, he brought up the fact that he’d taken Constitutional Law with Professor Tribe when he was a student at Harvard, and mentioned the following as an aside: “If Professor Tribe is listening — I know he doesn’t like the President, but I did get an A-minus in your course.”
