Curbing Client And Talent Loss With Productivity Tech
We are pleased to announce special bonuses and regular year-end bonuses for our associate classes. The special bonuses are being awarded to attorneys for outstanding effort and performance in 2017. Both the special bonuses and the regular bonuses will be paid to associates who are in good standing in their classes. In general, part-time associates and associates who have been with the Firm less than the full year will receive adjusted amounts of the bonuses. Mentors for the associate classes will communicate the specifics of the bonuses directly to their mentees. The special bonuses will be paid on January 5, 2018 and the regular bonuses will be paid in the ordinary course in the second half of January when the annual review process is completed. Attorneys must still be at the Firm on each date to receive the bonus payable thereon. As in the past, bonuses will be communicated and paid to other attorneys, Senior Attorneys and Counsel following the regular annual review process.
