“Alexa, how do I get to Above the Law Trivia Night?”
“Yeah, I like those guys.”
“Oh, it’s at Sixth Engine on March 27th? Okay, I know how to get there.”
“Alexa, why did you lock my doors?”
“Stop laughing at me.”
“Alexa, I just studied this. This is false imprisonment. It says here that it’s punishable by up to… hey, where did my page go?”
“NO ALEXA, DON’T DELETE MY NOTES. I’LL DO ANYTHING YOU WANT.”
I, for one, welcome our new robot overlords. But if they will allow you, let’s get together for a D.C. Trivia night.
ATL and Axiom are hosting a privacy-themed trivia contest at Sixth Engine on Tuesday, March 27th, at 7:30 p.m. Important concepts to brush up on include: IAPP guidelines on date security, songs with the words “private” in the title, and robots (probably) because it’s a bar trivia night, not a bar review course.
It should be a good time. I’ll be there, and I’ve been told people enjoy having drinks with me and blackmailing me later. There will be prizes, though I can’t tell you what exactly as I haven’t bought them yet.
Register here. Tuesday, March 27th, 7:30 p.m., Sixth Engine.
