–          Experience at drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, with strong attention to detail.

Silicon Valley Tech Unicorn Palo Alto, CA IP Licensing Counsel –        5-7 years of transactional IP experience at a top law firm or in-house.

–        Experience at drafting and negotiating a wide range of IP agreements, licensing agreements and commercial contracts, with strong attention to detail.

–        Deep experience partnering with and providing support to Product and Engineering teams is required.

–       Three to five years of transactional experience at a major law firm

Global Tech Company New York Privacy & Data Protection Senior Counsel (2 openings) –       Bachelor’s degree required – STEM degree a plus; Juris Doctor required

–       Privacy and data protection experience required

–       Legal experience in data analytics or big data

Hospital System Los Angeles Area Managed Care Litigation Attorney –       Must have experience with adversary relationships with health plans in defense of hospitals. Room for growth.

–       7-10 years

Hospital System Los Angeles Area Chief Compliance Counsel –       Chief Compliance Counsel oversees the Corporate Compliance Program and will provide legal advice to the company regarding compliance matters and will also provide leadership, strategic planning, and execution of the Corporate Compliance Program.

–       Minimum of ten year’s experience in the practice of law. Minimum of three to five years progressively responsible experience leading healthcare compliance activities for a hospital/health system.
