Subject: New Associate Compensation Scale & Special BonusesFurther to the Firm’s commitment to pay our associates at the top of the New York market, we are very pleased to announce a new associate salary scale, effective July 1, and special bonuses which will be paid in July. The new scale and bonuses are as follows:
Class Special Bonus Base Salary 2017 $5,000 $190,000 2016 $7,500 $200,000 2015 $10,000 $220,000 2014 $15,000 $255,000 2013 $20,000 $280,000 2012 $25,000 $305,000 2011 $25,000 $325,000 2010 and above $25,000 $340,000 Associates that have not been with the Firm for the entirety of 2018 will be paid the special bonus on a prorated basis, and Of Counsel and Counsel will receive the highest level of bonus indicated.
