
Woohoo! The news about end-of-the-year Biglaw bonuses continues to be good news for associates at elite firms. Though we are still waiting on bonus announcements from the majority of Biglaw firms, but with 13 firms (and counting) matching the bonus scale set by Cravath last week, it feels like we’ve reached a tipping point.
Firms that consider themselves at the top end of the Biglaw proving ground will — at a minimum — match the Cravath scale. Firms that don’t (or that put excessive conditions on unlocking market bonuses) will reveal themselves to be “less than” the top firms. The question remains, how does your firm stack up?

Class of 2018: $15,000 (prorated)
Class of 2017: $15,000
Class of 2016: $25,000
Class of 2015: $50,000
Class of 2014: $65,000
Class of 2013: $80,000
Class of 2012: $90,000
Class of 2011 and senior: $100,000
