Cert Petition In Case Against Second Circuit Judges, 'Pharisees Even Swallowed Up Camels,' Is Even More Confusing Than It Sounds
What in the world is this?
Xiu Jian Sun, The Spiritual Adam somehow related to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has a beef with Second Circuit judges Jon O. Newman, José Cabranes, Robert Katzmann, Clerk of the Court Catherine O’Hagan Wolfe, and someone named Dana Dowood who I don’t even know off the top of my head, but is apparently a Pharisee with a penchant for camel meat. The Second Circuit believes this is supposed to be Dana Ellwood, a Second Circuit case manager, but who really knows.
Learning anything more about the case is impossible as the brief is just a string of unrelated scripture references, but it’s an entertaining read if you’re in the mood for a little prosanity. Credit to Empirical SCOTUS founder Adam Feldman for finding this gem.
